How To Produce Results While Training Your Vemma Team

November 30th, 2009

Vemma Training~Online Vemma Training}

Vemma can be an extremely profitable business if you understand the fundamentals of how to teach your team how to duplicate your success.  Read this article to learn how you can thrive in your business and stay focused on results.

The single most problematic mistake made by many Vemma distributors is that when they actually start growing in their business, they don’t train their team in a way that produces.  A lot of times, you sponsor a Vemma team member, and maybe you just don’t know how to get them started in a way that works because you were never taught yourself.

Another common mistake is that people take too much time training their new team members, and as a result their personal production falters over time. The biggest message you should get from this article is that when you’re training your new Vemma distributors, you need to learn to have a balance between personal production and training or you’re not going to acheive dramatic and lasting success with the company.

The compensation plan in Vemma is a two legged system known as a binary, which basically means that you can make it to the top of the company with two large sales organizations.  However, just because you only have to build two teams doesn’t mean that you can build a Vemma business by only recruiting and training two people.  If your team doesn’t see you personally producing, they will stop producing themselves. In this brief article I wanted to give you a few insights that will help you stay on task and produce a dramatically more prosperous business at the same time.

1.  You need to concentrate eighty percent or more of your attention on sponsoring new Vemma reps into your organization.  In the beginning of your business, you’ll notice that if you stop recruiting your growth will stop as well.  The first step to training your Vemma team is to set an example by producing enough personally.

2.  Of the remaining time you have to spend in your business, 19% should be focused on productive activities and training with downline members.  There’s a fine line in Vemma where on the one side, you’ll be spending too much time with your new people, but on the other you won’t be giving them enough training to get started properly.  You need to be somewhere in the middle of that mix.  Most of your training should revolve around proven methods to sponsor new distributors, since that is the lifeblood of your whole Vemma business.

3.  Only focus 1% of your attention on details, and outsource the rest to more capable individuals. For example, in Vemma you have an excellent customer and technical support department, and you should leave the details of orders, etc, up to them.  You’re not a customer service department.  The only way to stay focused on building a business is to outsource the details to others.

Notice that 99% of all of the attention I have allocated is towards productive activities that increase your bottom line.  If you ever intend on creating a significant passive income in Vemma, you’ll follow my advice here and you’ll be dramatically better off because of it.

Get My Husband Back – Get A Step By Step System To Do The Hard Work

November 30th, 2009

Are you constantly thinking of ways to “get my husband back“? It was exactly the same for me when my partner left. I didn’t settle for being dumped, and neither should you. There is a way to get what you want.

What can I do to help?

Take a step back and have some time away from your husband. It can work wonders being alone for a while. You can use the time to get control of your emotions.

You can also use the time to plan your next move. Are you going to just sit there and hope your husband comes back? Or will you be a go getter and go get your husband back?

The time away from your husband works in another way. You husband will realise you are not around any more. By not being in your husband’s face you are at least in his thoughts. This is good.

What shouldn’t I be doing?

Where do we start? You should not be pestering your ex in any way. Any of these will blow your chance. Texting, calling, following and last but not least, stalking.

Avoid drink and drugs as they will make things worse. Drink is a natural depressant so be warned. You could easily drive your husband further away with any of the above tactics. And you could even end up on the wrong side of the law.

You need to make sure you don’t wreck what chances you do have. If you blow it with a stupid move then any plan you have is worthless. You could easily see your plans in tatters.

The ‘get my man back’ method

The plan you need to get your husband back is out there and waiting for you. You probably already realise but you’re not the first to get dumped and hope to “get my husband back”. I very much doubt you’ll be the last.

There are people who have successfully got back together after a split and have made notes of their methods. Which is precisely what you can use to get your husband back. You can mirror their success by following their rules. Easy peasy.

Now the big question is…do you just hope & pray your husband comes back? Let’s hope lady luck smiles on you if you choose that route. Or will you do something about it for a change and actually go out and get your husband back?

Discover exactly what you need at this website. There’s a review of the most successful products that can help you get your husband back…

Suggestions for a Small Business Site

November 30th, 2009

If you operate a business from home and you’d like to make a site for your business or to start from scratch with your existing one, a world-class job is essential. Potential future patrons are going to judge you and your company based upon the navigability, layout, and design of your site. It won’t be enough just to apply internet marketing tactics to draw in targeted customers. You must make sure your website completes the job, and if possible, you should try to find ways to cause people to bookmark you and keep coming back.

If you are trying to give your website the ability to sell for you, consider trying these tips.

1. Prior to purchasing a domain, look into its past activities. Surf over to Archive.org, and enter your future domain name. Doing this will give you a chance to see all of the things that have ever been in that space. This is useful data, particularly if the domain has been used in the past relating to types of activities you might not want to be connected to.

2. Find a domain that gives keywords relating to your business. Ideally, web users should be able to tell what your business does just through reading the website URL. Not everyone can be a huge, well-known company like Google or Microsoft that get by on simple fame. If you want to use your company name in the URL, try combining your business name with a word or a phrase {describing} what is the primary focus of your business. Later, when your business has achieved name recognition, you then may use just the name of the business, if you want. For example, if your name is Johnson and you sell DVDs, register the name johnsondvds.com. In a few years, after your company gains popularity, you can then employ simply johnson.com. But will have to wait.

3. Avoid using common web annoyances. If you’re going to include ads on the web site, it can at times be difficult to prevent the occasional obstructive banner ad. But other than that, avoid things that might cause potential customers to navigate out of your site right away. Some types or annoyances are videos and sounds that start when the page loads, pop-ups, circular links, unappealing images, text in all caps, or lots of marketing language.

4. Use what you know to market. Rather than annoying potential clients with a monotonous string of marketing-related text, which can rapidly turn away web users, use your site to impress them with important data that they can take with them. Start a weblog, and use that space to give pertinent content on a regular basis. In the end, if you work from home in a field, there’s a great chance you know a lot about it. If you can provide strong content, you’ll keep targeted traffic interested in your business, and this translates into long-term clients. This will
help you create success with your work from home career.

The Most Important Part of Internet Marketing

November 30th, 2009

When you hear the term “internet marketing“, what do you think of?

For many, that term conjures thoughts of websites or spamming or search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. For others, it’s all about graphical design, writing fancy code or even affiliate programs. All of those answers correct, but the essence of internet marketing is much simpler.

At its core, internet marketing is about these things:

* Understanding the target market to which the product/service/cause you’re marketing will appeal
* Determining exactly how your target market interacts with the internet
* Positioning your content on the internet to attract the attention of your target market
* Collecting information about your target market (also known as “leads”) for follow-up and conversion into sales
* Design of offers or incentives to induce the desired actions from your leads

Since there is insufficient space in this article to give all of these topics adequate attention, let’s focus on just one specific topic with the realm of internet marketing: Email Marketing.

My best payoff has always come by focusing on permission-based email marketing. Permission-based email marketing refers to the practice of collecting information (including email addresses) from website visitors and communicating with them via e-mail with their direct consent. The “permission” aspect of permission-based email marketing is what separates legitimate email marketers from the spammers that everyone despises.

My love of email marketing is strong for one reason: It works very well. Email marketing has been much like a never-ending goldmine: It enables us to produce income on demand simply by sending a good offer to our list. When you have thousands of loyal subscribers – as we do – and you put a strong and compatible offer in front of them, income becomes nearly automatic.

However, the key to successful email marketing is the development of a legitimate trust relationship with your subscribers. If you opt to send your subscribers a request for purchases every single day, they will likely tire of your badgering and cease reading your emails altogether.

Alternatively, if you take the time to provide good content to your readers on a regular and frequent basis, you’ll discover that your readers take all of your emails far more seriously, and as a result your emails will be opened, read and acted upon with greater frequency. Essentially, email marketing is really an exercise in trust.

While there are many more aspects to internet marketing than just permission-based email marketing, email has definitely been the cornerstone on which our business is built.

How to transform the looks of a bathroom and a kitchen

November 30th, 2009

Now at first glance it looks like a silly title. After all, people have a plethora of ideas when it comes to remodeling their bathrooms and kitchens. But the question that really is in my mind is how to remodel those two rooms just like a millionaire would.  In other words we don’t want to just remodel those rooms. We would remodel those two rooms so that it would appear that they belong in a millionaire’s house.  So here is what you need to do.

First of all I tell all my clients of my San Diego kitchen designs business they have to do the 3 things. They need to add new cabinets, remodel the countertop, and install new flooring.  If you do those three things your remodel will look wonderful. Leave out one of those three things and something will be missing.

It can also be applied to your bathroom remodeling.  If you focus on doing those three things you will have a million dollar bathroom.  For my kitchen cabinets San Diego business what you pick in the kitchen doesn’t have to match the bathroom.  You must remember that those two rooms are separate.  But you have to do them with only the finest materials.

That is the key.You must not continue your remodeling if you would just buy and use cheap materials. You have to make sure that you have the best cabinets, floorings, and countertops.  In my Encinitas kitchen remodeling service I try to stress how important that is.It would be noticeable if you purchase a cheap material.Your remodeling would not look as great if you have a cheap material.

So there goes some of the tips on how to make your bathrooms and kitchens look like they belong in a million-dollar homes. You would be surprised and pleased at the result if you would just focus on those three areas.Make sure that your materials are uniform so that they can rival those in expensive homes. Not doing all the things discussed here would just be a waste of time and money.
